Weather coverage
Your administrator chooses coverage in Settings → Weather coverage. A station can use named areas or coordinate-based locations, such as a city or representative point for a region. Forecasts use the configured forecast timezone. Use the location labels and forecast time to confirm that you are reading the correct area. If coverage is empty, ask an administrator to configure it. A stale or unavailable forecast should be checked against your station’s usual source before use.Traffic watch list
The station can watch all Dutch A-roads, all N-roads, both groups, or selected roads. That watch list is shared with the traffic tools in Show Prep. Confirm the road, direction, and update time before using a report. A quiet watch list means no matching reports were returned; it does not guarantee that every road is clear.Reported tracks
The latest track and track history come from metadata sent by external automation. A music row in a planned rundown is not evidence that the track was played.
An administrator configures a dedicated playback ingest credential. RadioTools receives metadata and can optionally follow matching rundown items; the external system remains responsible for audio playout.
